PrintUnite ("we", "us", or "our") provides print shop operating software, quoting systems, and automated design tools. We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, configuring your shop settings, submitting quotes, or contacting our team:
- Account details: Name, email address, password, business name, and print shop profile.
- Shop operations data: Customer contact records, pricing matrices, quote line items, production orders, and inventory counts.
- Uploaded artwork: Graphic files (PNG, SVG, PDF, TIFF) processed through our background remover, vectorizer, color separator, or gang sheet builder.
- Payment and billing data: Payment card details and transaction history, collected and processed directly by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely to deliver, maintain, and enhance the PrintUnite platform:
- Generating accurate apparel quotes, invoices, and job tickets.
- Executing image processing (vectorization, upscaling, color separations, gang sheet packing).
- Syncing orders and inventory with third-party channels you connect (such as Shopify).
- Notifying your team of quote approvals, production changes, and low stock warnings.
- Ensuring security, detecting fraud, and troubleshooting system uptime.
We never sell your customer data or artwork to third parties or advertising networks.
3. Artwork & File Processing
Artwork files uploaded to browser utilities (e.g. Free Calculators) are processed client-side in your browser whenever possible. Files uploaded to server-backed AI tools (AI Vectorizer, Upscaler, Background Remover) are processed securely over TLS encryption and retained only for the duration necessary to deliver your processed output.
4. Third-Party Subprocessors & Integrations
To provide enterprise reliability, we partner with verified cloud infrastructure providers:
- Supabase: Encrypted database and user authentication.
- Stripe: Secure billing and subscription management.
- Resend / Postmark: Transactional email delivery for quote approvals and receipts.
- Google Cloud: Application hosting and cloud compute.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
You retain ownership of all shop data, customer records, and artwork uploaded to PrintUnite. You may request export or complete deletion of your account and associated records at any time by contacting our security team.
