By creating an account or accessing PrintUnite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or shop, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
PrintUnite is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing quote generation, pricing matrices, order tracking, inventory management, and automated design tools (vectorization, background removal, upscaling, gang sheet nesting) for apparel decorators and print shops.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
- Free Tier: Access to free web utilities and basic shop features with quota limits.
- Paid Subscriptions: Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- AI Credits: Paid tiers include monthly credits for automated artwork processing. Unused credits refresh according to your plan cycle.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your artwork, logos, customer lists, and business data uploaded to PrintUnite. We claim no ownership over your designs or production files.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe upon third-party intellectual property or trademarks, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or other shop tenants.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty
PrintUnite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for 99.9% uptime and enterprise data integrity as described on our Security and Status pages.
