Scale % = target size ÷ original size × 100. Going from 100 mm to 200 mm is 200%. If the width and height percentages differ, the artwork would be distorted; use the smaller percentage to fit inside the target, or the larger to fill it and crop.
Divide the size you want by the current size and multiply by 100. To go from 8 inches to 12 inches, scale to 150%.
